| Taco Diner! |
Since our luggage won’t arrive until Sunday (ugh!!!!!), Evan and I have decided to eat two meals in and one meal out for the next few days. There are only so many things that can be made in a microwave. We also don’t have anywhere to sit except for the air mattress, so really, we need to get out of the apt to explore and find a place to sit.

| Fish Tacos! |
Our first dinner was at Taco Diner, one of the first restaurants we ate at when we first visited Dallas. I love diners.. I love tacos (and enchiladas!) so that was a natural choice. I bypassed the enchiladas verde this time (which, trust me, are divine) and tried a new dish- fish tacos! There were made of pan-seared tilapia filets with achiote citrus marinade and a guajillo infusion. No hablo taco?
That translates to delicious.
