We did it!! Or rather, Evan did it! An old school style all-nighter was the only way we could have made it to Texas by Tuesday morning and, bless his heart, Evan managed to stay up and get us to Dallas safely.
I’d like to say I had something to do with it, but since I napped constantly throughout the trip and never drove, I’ll give him all the credit he deserves for powering through the night, then the day, then the night again.
