I almost picked this up.   That would have been dirty.

Maybe it’s a little weird that I stopped to take a picture of this on my walk today but this isn’t something you see every day.

A ketchup packet from In-N-Out!?  Or a ketchup packet near dried blood.  I’m choosing to believe it’s the former. 

That means it must be close, very close.  Or someone keeps In-N-Out ketchup packets on hand for use in the Subway strip mall parking lot.  It’s possible.
